We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.
Extended Holiday Exchange & Store Credit Policy:
Purchases made between October 17, 2025 and December 25, 2025 are eligible for exchange or return for store credit through January 31, 2026.
Final Sale Items
Personalized Jewelry: Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, hand-stamped or engraved pieces are final sale.
Refined Jewelry: All requested wire wrapped jewelry is final sale. As these items are handmade to order, please be sure to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
Returns may take up to 14 days to process, and a $6 return/exchange fee applies.
